Production Supervisor
LOCATION: Charlottesville, VA
REPORTS TO: Manufacturing Manager
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
Production Supervisor plans, coordinates, and directs all production activities at the Charlottesville Production facility to ensure an adequate supply of products, while maintaining quality and a cost-efficient operation. Ensures a safe, legal, sanitary and food safe working environment. Accountable for ensuring that the plant follows and adheres to quality protocols and produces the highest quality product.
